You will be leading on the tracking and reporting of campaign performance across all media channels utilising dashboards for TV / Audio and Social. Using customer data to build a picture of their target demographics and geographics and using relevant software to analyse clients competitors spend. You will be responding to ad-hoc data analysis requests from the wider team, for example impacts of a TV campaign on digital performance. As a specialist data and insight member of the team you will be able to offer support and guidance to the wider team on all things data and insight contributing to overall agency development.
