Due to their continued growth, SCG are now seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join their focused and driven Sales Account Management team in Dummer, near Basingstoke.
You will build strong relationships with your assigned customers, focusing on their needs and delivering an outstanding experience, striving to become their trusted go-to Managed Service Provider. You’ll grow your customer base while increasing the monthly recurring profit from these relationships through introducing new products, upselling, cross-selling, and encouraging referrals and recommendations. You’ll hit your monthly targets by ensuring regular contact with your customers to become their trusted partner; identify opportunities to consistently exceed their expectations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Corporate Account Manager, role:
* Completing regular customer reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen the customer relationship and identify opportunities to ensure your monthly sales target is met
* Project-managing your solution delivery and any escalations within your customer base
* Maintaining accurate records on the CRM, using the required pipeline and quoting portals
* Hitting your monthly sales target for new MRGP and renewals focus
* Looking after c.400 customers
* Arranging remote review meetings, look for opportunities and complete the end-to-end sales process
* Working alongside the Provisioning and Support teams across the business to orchestrate the smoothest and very best customer experience
* Maintaining knowledge of the full project portfolio to enable full solution selling ability
