Axcis Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Bath to find a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). If you’re passionate about helping children thrive and want to make a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Providing 1:1 support to children with SEN, helping them engage in learning and build confidence.
2. Working closely with teachers and the SEN team to create a positive and inclusive classroom.
3. Encouraging independence and personal growth in students.
4. Assisting with classroom activities, learning plans and general support.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience working with children, especially those with SEN (preferred but not essential).
2. A patient, caring and positive attitude.
3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs in the classroom.
5. Any relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support would be a bonus.
