We are currently in the early construction phase of our first high end project in Central London. Job Description: You will support our Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing budgets, contracts, and reports to assist towards the successful delivery of our construction projects. You will help to develop and improve the current commercial processes. This role offers excellent training and career progression within a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Measure and quantify materials, labour and services from drawings and specifications. Assisting in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control of construction projects. Supporting the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies. Conducting site visits and liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery. Take a lead in managing our material price catalogue, sourcing new suppliers, developing relationships with exiting suppliers and keeping the database up to date with them most competitive rates on the market. Support with monitoring project progress and ensuring cost efficiency. Monitoring material orders, ensuring quantities are as estimated during pre-construction and that the agreed rates are honoured. Assisting in preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and develop within the role. Some construction experience (work placement) is advantageous but not essential. Must hold a full drivers licence and have a personal vehicle.
