What you’ll be doing:
* Own and grow the P&L for major UK grocery retailers
* Build unbreakable relationships that drive long-term value
* Lead launches, promotions, and NPD activations in partnership with Marketing
* Use data and insights to make smart, strategic moves
* Hustle through negotiations to secure win-win deals
* Spot gaps, trends, and fresh opportunities in the market
What’s needed:
* 4+ years’ experience managing UK Grocery National Accounts
* Proven track record of smashing targets and building standout account plans
* Ability to turn numbers into strategy, and strategy into results
* Passion for challenger brands and fast-paced environments
* Commercial mindset, natural curiosity, and genuine resilience
