Wheely is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chauffeur Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end acquisition funnel, from the initial chauffeur sign-up to their first journey with Wheely. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall chauffeur experience and act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships within our chauffeur community. Responsibilities: Manage the entire acquisition process from chauffeur sign-up to their first journey. Source and qualify chauffeur leads, building a robust acquisition pipeline. Convert qualified leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the overall chauffeur experience. Act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships with our chauffeur community. Requirements: Experience in working on large-scale recruitment processes with the ability to efficiently source, screen, and qualify high volumes of chauffeurs Strong organizational and process management skills to handle multiple chauffeurs at various stages of the acquisition funnel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage chauffeurs at scale while maintaining a personalized approach.
