Compliance Analyst Role - Financial Services An established bank is looking for a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to support regulatory compliance and risk management efforts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct testing and assessments of systems and controls to ensure regulatory compliance. Report on the regulatory environment, maintaining compliance with risk appetite and tolerance levels. Assess business records for private banking and real estate finance, ensuring high standards of review and documentation. Identify trends, risk, and potentially unusual activity through transactional analysis. Prepare compliance-related risk summaries, assist with periodic reviews, and produce MI reporting. Support regulatory developments, Consumer Duty outcomes, and provide training assistance. Requirements: Experience in a regulated financial environment, with a focus on regulatory compliance. Experience in compliance monitoring. Familiarity with CASS, MiFID, trade/transaction reporting, and tools like Dow Jones and Lexis Nexis. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus a proactive, adaptable approach. This role reports to the Regulatory Compliance Manager and supports the firm's dedication to compliance and operational resilience. £45,000 - £55,000 hybrid working 3 days in the central London office
