We are assisting a renowned national developer in their search for an experienced Sales Executive for a new development in Staffordshire. Sales Consultants serve as the face of new home developers, ensuring that each customer’s experience is both enjoyable and efficient.
In the role of Senior Sales Consultant, you will oversee the sales team and manage the entire sales process, from the first point of contact through to after-sale customer care. You will be responsible for negotiating home sales, supporting and mentoring your team, and staying actively involved in advising customers on property features, house specifications, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
This role requires you to meet sales targets, secure reservations, and ensure legal completions within defined timeframes. You will regularly interact with buyers, construction teams, financial advisors, solicitors, and estate agents.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales within the new-build housing sector.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
3. Excellent organizational abilities.
4. Exceptional communication skills.
5. A proactive and goal-driven attitude, with a high level of self-motivation.
6. A full driving license.
