Working as part of a dynamic administration team, helping to develop a front of house service. No two days will be the same and the role is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate who wishes to develop an administration career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a receptionist function to the Town Council offices and Museum, dealing with enquiries in person/over the telephone/by email, arrange meetings, typing and clerical support.
* Assist the day to day running of the Town Council services including making room bookings and event equipment arrangements using the relevant databases for the Manor House and Community Centres, letting of Allotments.
* Ensuring all procedures records/databases are kept up to date accurately.
* Assist in the delivery of engaging and dynamic campaigns to promote vacant allotments, room booking availability, weddings, event equipment hire and other initiatives including digital marketing and the administration of digital channels.
