Role and key responsibilities
As an eBilling Support Analyst, reporting to the Billing Manager, you will work closely with the wider Finance Team to support the firm's end-to-end eBilling process - from client implementation, through to successful delivery of the eBilled invoice to the client.
Your role as an eBilling Support Analyst is an integral role within our International Operations Team and your responsibilities will include:
* Support and maintenance of complex relationships with clients and key stakeholder groups including Practice Groups, Working Capital Management, Finance Operations, IT, Global Client teams and 3rd party suppliers
* Accurate input and maintenance of data in vendor systems such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink amongst others
* Timely and accurate submission of invoices to the appropriate platforms
* Reporting, monitoring and resolution of any invoice rejections
* Maintenance of eBilling mailboxes responding to queries on a timely basis
* Provision of effective training and support to Billing teams, both in the UK and our International Offices
Skills and experience
You will have previous experience of working in an eBilling function within a professional services environment, with exceptional attention to detail and an eagerness to learn new systems and develop new skills.
* You will display a proactive approach to problem solving and be able to identify risks and issues that may impact our clients and services, developing and enhancing the eBilling process to improve efficiency and quality.
* Possess excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively at all levels with various stakeholders within the firm and externally with clients/vendors.
