Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in both retail marketing and digital marketing to play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s growth. Key Responsibilities:
* Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals, covering both digital and retail channels.
* Online Advertising: Manage advertising campaigns across PPC, display, and social media to drive website traffic, e-commerce sales, and in-store footfall.
* Retail Marketing: Support retail partners with effective marketing initiatives, in-store promotions, and brand activation campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
* SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximize online visibility.
* Content Marketing: Lead content creation and distribution across digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and retail-focused materials.
* Social Media Management: Drive social media engagement to strengthen our brand presence and support both online and in-store campaigns.
* Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive sales across channels.
* Analytics & Insights: Monitor and analyze the performance of both digital campaigns and retail marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI across all channels.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with web development, design, e-commerce, and retail teams to achieve marketing objectives.
* Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging marketing technologies to keep our brand competitive.
