Seeking two fun, proactive and engaging Support Workers in Cardiff, CF3 who are seeking variety to their days and flexibility to their working week

- Hourly rate £12.00; sleep nights paid at £50.00 per night PLUS Company Benefits
- Shifts start from 08:00 with finish times that vary to meet the needs of the people you will be supporting. There are also shifts that can start later in the day and followed by a sleep-in shift
- It is essential that you hold a full UK or EU Driving Licence, as the people you will be supporting ask that you to able to drive their mobility vehicles.

You will be working for a dynamic manager, who takes the time to really get to know her team members, utilising their strengths and matching their personalities and interests with the people we support. She wants you to be happy and fulfilled at work and able to enjoy a work life balance.
The people you will be supporting live busy, busy lives so every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to thrive - this will include accompanying to favoured activities (and there are so many of these!), supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.
