To process or amend a variety of customer requests into manufacturable items in line with the business KPI’s for accuracy and efficiency. Working directly with our customers as well as the sales, customer services and installation functions to ensure we meet our customers’ expectations with a smooth order to delivery process.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Validating requests to assign to department workload
2. Processing of orders for manufacture on our tailored software in a timely manner based on customer leadtime
3. Order ownership from input through to manufacture
4. Working as part of a close-knit team, in a fast-paced environment
5. Interpreting customers bulk order and variation orders requirements
6. Processing third party orders and managing third party systems
7. Communicating effectively and collaboratively with field based and office colleagues
8. Working closely with our customers over phone and email to provide the best customer service
9. Understand basic drawings and design principles (training will be provided)
10. Checking and amending the work of colleagues as required
11. Assist with any other administrative tasks.
Reporting:
1. Ensure internal systems are accurate and kept up to date
2. Ensure internal KPI’s are adhered to and look at root cause where KPI’s are not met
Previous Experience & Key Skills:
1. Strong IT, maths, written and verbal communication skills
2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload
3. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
4. Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
5. Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
