We are delighted to be recruiting for this brand-new role working in Central Exeter (and hybrid after training) for one of our clients, a large property company, as a trainee Quality Standards Officer with a starting salary of £24,300 and great career prospects. The role would involve working in a fast paced and demanding office environment, responsible for supporting the continual review and improvement of the corporate client services department. Auditing teams, individuals and processes and identifying and ensuring best practice is applied uniformly across the department. Responsible for the identification, rectification of corrective actions to eliminate non-conformance within the department. Working with teams, providing recommendations to enhance business practices and ensuring best quality of service is provided to customers. Identify training/coaching requirements, reporting to the Risk and Governance Manager to ensure appropriate action is taken to improve the situation, monitoring and reviewing progress to ensure the benefits of the coaching plan or training has taken effect and been realised by the business. Providing support to the Risk and Governance Manager, reporting on a monthly basis to the Operations Director, CSMs and Account Managers; and providing support to the Risk and Governance Manager in the completion of comprehensive audit summaries for Clients on a monthly, quarterly or bi-annual basis. Provide support to the Risk and Governance Manager to ensure compliance adherence, monitoring and reviewing compliance testing across the department. Embedding best practice across the department, working with the Risk and Governance Manager to support individuals and provide coaching (where appropriate) to team members. Skills required although full training on the role will be given.
