Job Title: Service Change Manager

Salary: £47,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and skills
What you’ll be doing:
1. Responsibility for the delivery and management of change across services, supporting the Tower Service Manager to meet the required outcome of these agreed changes
2. Owning knowledge and familiar with services and products under management
3. Ensuring service definitions documents for the managed services are maintained and current
4. Providing input and challenge into monthly service reviews and internal reporting cadence
5. Ensuring service demand information flows between key stakeholders and that service capacity is appropriate to meet the future demand
6. Responsibility for the management of service risks ensuring that these are appropriately communicated to the Tower Manager and that mitigation actions are developed and implemented
7. Responsibility for supporting customer and supplier escalations and complaints relative to the managed service to effective conclusion
8. Ensuring that the Business engagement community has the required information to meet their customer’s business needs
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
1. General working knowledge of infrastructure service management of Infrastructure Services and suppliers
2. Experience with working with managed service suppliers with ITSM (IT Service Management)
3. Good understanding of SIAM and ITIL processes
4. Experience of leading and delivering change to IT Services
5. Experience in stakeholder management with colleagues/suppliers across a range of capabilities and disciplines within EITS
Desirable:
1. ITIL V3 foundation or equivalent
2. Confluence / JIRA exposure - Advantage
