Project Manager – IBA Finance (12-Month FTC)
Are you a detail-driven Project Manager with a passion for finance operations and process improvement? Join PIB Group on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in enhancing efficiency and control within our IBA Finance Team.
What You’ll Do:
* Identify and deliver process improvements to streamline operations and strengthen the control environment.
* Ensure smooth transitions of new activities into the IBA team.
* Support system and operational testing to meet project deadlines.
* Investigate and resolve CASS Client Money breaches and other control issues.
* Assist in key strategic projects, including aged balance clearance.
* Provide regular progress updates to the IBA Leadership Team to drive decision-making.
* Work closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring Group CASS/IBA policies are effectively embedded.
* Support audits, statutory requirements, and training initiatives within the team.
What You Bring:
* Experience with broking systems like Acturis, Websure, and Brokasure.
* Strong understanding of FCA CASS regulations.
* Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
