It is a family run business, and all directors are related so there is cross over with tasks and projects. Requirements: 3 years experience Experience with email management, research, presentation creation, file management, and calendar scheduling Experience in being proactive and being active about acting as a buffer between directors and everyone else - follow up on delegated tasks to teams, answering simple questions and being a problem solver. Must have experience creating spreadsheets, drafting documents, proof reading etc Experience on scheduling visits/ call out with external contractors and following up with them. Be able to manage small projects without much supervision. Personal tasks such as house maintenance management, make travel arrangements, assist with events. Experience in attending meetings, creating minutes and delegating action points. Needs to have strong communication, organisational and IT skills. Be proactive and efficient. Comfortable with IPhone, IPad and Microsoft Laptops and be able to assist with keeping these devices organised. Intermediate-advanced skills in MS Office and Office 365. Any other software packages are advantageous. Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks and manage urgent tasks. Able to multi-task and can work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to occasionally travel is advantageous. Must be London-based. This is not a remote position. Must be able to deal with different people, different departments, clients, and different time zone. Good English and communication skill
