About this role: To support the retail operation at the Crystal Palace Store by supervising and working on the shop floor, ensuring merchandising display and product is maintaining the set standards, providing customer service and using the till system and restocking. In the event that the manager is not present, the supervisor will be expected to oversee the running of the store. Responsibilities: Managing the team on the shop floor providing customer service Organising store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel Ensuring the store is complying with all safety guidelines Inspecting the area of the store and resolve any issues that may arise Stock control Placing stock replenishment orders General Retail duties including: Operating the till Packing sales Customer enquiries in person, phone and email Stocking shelves where required Pricing merchandise Shirt printing of names and numbers Working in the store rooms re-organising merchandise storage Receiving deliveries into storage Cash management Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.
