What do Creative Artworkers at BWP do: Our Creative Artworkers are responsible for amending and checking artwork files in line with client brand guidelines and/or supplied design directions, eliminating inconsistencies and ensuring the integrity for final print and digital applications. This includes: Reviewing, amending, retouching and reworking designs and existing artwork files created by our designers Making sure all artwork files meet the correct specifications for the relevant media and remain in line with brand guidelines. This includes pre-flight checks. Liaising closely with designers, account managers and our Traffic Manager on appropriate aspects of the artwork production process Advising the agency on the most cost-effective and suitable production processes. What do I need to showcase in my CV and portfolio to stand out? We're looking for a multi-skilled Creative Artworker with at least 18 months experience. Ideally, this will have been in a creative/integrated marketing agency though freelance and internal studio team experience in a similarly fast-paced environment would also be considered. We’re looking for someone who: Has a portfolio that showcases their work across a range of disciplines including print, digital, social media and presentations. Has extensive knowledge of print, digital and social media production techniques and the artwork file formats needed to achieve these. Has an in-depth knowledge of the core Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Microsoft PowerPoint. Isn’t afraid to challenge clients, briefs or assumptions. Enjoys pushing boundaries, trying new things and finding new, creative ways of doing things (embodying our value Brave).
