To support our continued growth we are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our team. Main Purpose of Job To assist the branch Administrator & Manager with administration duties The Apprentice will work towards providing the following responsibilities Assist with day to day administration of the branch To support the branch administrator & Manager Collecting employee information Compiling, updating, and maintaining employee information Assist the payroll & HR departments by providing relevant data Daily job duties and responsibilities Answering incoming calls and distributing Processing incoming mail Data input of Purchase orders Processing delivery notes Creating and distributing reports General admin duties to enable the office to operate Record Maintenance Maintaining & updating current files and databases Performing file audits Apprentice Administrator Person Specification Educated to GCSE standard (English and Maths grade 4 or above) or equivalent.
