Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
1. Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls
2. Resolving client issues and queries effectively and efficiently
3. Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
4. Managing administrative duties related to customer service
5. Providing product knowledge and advice to customers
6. Working closely with other team members to achieve company goals
