As a Sustainability and Energy Manager, you will be responsible for managing:
the energy-related element of various design projects, as well as overseeing and managing a variety of energy tasks/projects. This includes:
* EPC, energy modelling and low carbon energy concepts (TAS/IES or other energy modelling software)
* Passive or low energy design solutions
* Energy strategies and statements for planning and As Built purposes
* Liaising with clients, other members of the design team, suppliers, and contractors
* Providing guidance to junior engineers and CAD/Revit Technicians
* Performance and emission calculations
* Overheating (Part O/TM52/TM59) calculations and reporting
* TM54 Reports and reporting for BREEAM criteria
Must haves:
CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant
Level 5 LCEA EPC Non-domestic assessor
