Over the past 6 years, we’ve supported 10,000’s of customers on their car buying journey and know 2025 is shaping up to be another exciting year The Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Manager to maintain, embed, and continuously improve our established third-party supplier framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance across the business, holding third-party suppliers to account, and driving value through effective supplier management. This role requires strong collaboration with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members and key stakeholders to ensure procurement best practices are integrated throughout the organisation. What you’ll be getting up to: Maintain, embed, and enhance the existing third-party supplier framework across the business. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes, promoting a culture of accountability and best practice. Manage and hold third-party suppliers accountable for performance, quality, cost, and contract obligations. Develop strong working relationships with SLT members and key stakeholders to align procurement activities with strategic business objectives. Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews, KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs). Identify and mitigate risks and ensure business continuity and resilience. Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier onboarding processes. Provide strategic advice on procurement matters to support decision-making at the executive level. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function. You’ll be a great fit if: Proven experience in a senior procurement role, ideally within financial services Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement compliance. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, including the SLT. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experienced in driving value through a total cost of ownership approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
