Allstaff Logistics Division seeks an experienced Export Coordinator for our well-established global client based in Clydebank. Our client is accessible by public transport and offers free parking on site.

Candidates should have strong export experience, mainly by sea and air, transporting products globally, both large and small. You will liaise with transport companies to deliver an optimum national and international transport solution which is cost-effective and supports the growth strategy and company targets. You must also be experienced in dealing with customs paperwork required to export the goods.
The Role:
* You will work with the sales teams to ensure best practice across the company to deliver the optimum and most cost-efficient solution, whilst ensuring service levels are met to suit company needs.
* Set up, implement and monitor systems to ensure compliance with HMRC and transport authorities’ regulations.
* Review to ensure company processes and procedures comply with HMRC reporting and control of various regimes (Statistical reporting, IP, OP, Customs Warehouse Intrastat etc).
* Responsibility for implementing and monitoring preparation of Certificates of Origin and other required statutory documents, including Letters of Credit.
* Liaise with departments to ensure site security for Known Consignor Status.
