The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. As a key member of our care community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to create a warm and inclusive environment where our residents feel secure, valued, and respected.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions. You should possess a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively. A coaching style leadership mentality and flexibility are also essential attributes for this position.
What We Offer
