HR Executive We are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our client based in Cookstown. In this role, youll play a key part in shaping the HR function within the company, overseeing recruitment, driving employee engagement, and supporting the development of their talented workforce. This is a permanent full-time role. The HR Executive will be responsible for: Managing all recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent. Reviewing and enhancing performance management strategies to ensure employee growth and retention. Promoting a positive work environment by nurturing staff engagement through feedback, Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, and fostering strong relationships. Providing HR support and guidance to managers and team leaders on policies, processes, and employee-related matters. Leading recruitment drives for graduates and apprentices, collaborating with educational institutions. Identifying current and future skills gaps within the organization and implement solutions for external hiring to meet those needs. What you will need to have for the HR Executive role: At least 2 years of HR experience. A strong understanding of employment law and the ability to ensure compliance.
