The Export Sales Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry through to order completion.
Our clients’ export business is responsible for around 50% of their annual turnover. Therefore attention to detail, excellent communication and customer-focus are essential to protect and grow the business.
The Export Sales executive will oversee the end-to-end export process. This includes managing enquiries, sourcing of products and technical data as needed, requesting quotations from suppliers, building costings for customers, order processing and export documentation. You will work closely with our Customer Service and Supply Chain departments, acting as the facilitator between supplier and customer, to ensure smooth, timely and accurate distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Sales Order Processing function for export customers.
* Represent the customer through the accurate exchange of information between sales and the operations functions (supply chain and CSR).
* Ensure that delivery documentation is accurate, complete and complies with relevant regulatory requirements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight and shipping partners to ensure that customer delivery commitments are met.
