Job Description: As a Care Assistant, you will provide personalised care to individuals in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, companionship, and household tasks. You will work closely with clients to support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting. Assist with mobility and transfers. Support with medication management and prompts. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary. Provide companionship and emotional support. Help with household tasks, including cleaning and laundry. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Ensure clients' safety and well-being at all times. Requirements: Previous experience in care or a caring nature with a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A compassionate and patient attitude. Valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required. A DBS check and any relevant certifications (e.g., Care Certificate) will be required, or we can assist in obtaining them.
