Manpower have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join one of our national clients on a permanent basis in Stoke-on-Trent, ST4. Our client are a ventilation company with branches all over the UK; you'll be managing a small friendly team.

Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00
Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Responsibilities:
Smooth & efficient running of the branch
Monitoring of sales order processing
Dealing with quotes and stock control
Warehouse & production operations
Transportation of goods
Employee relations
Customer Service
Credit control
Health & safety
Month end procedures
Monitoring KPI's
Experience/Skills:
Previous experience as a Branch Manager or similar role
Knowledge of logistics processes - warehouse/transport
IT literate - good understanding of Microsoft packages
Adaptability - ability to priorities
Management of KPI's, return to work etc
