About The Role You will provide support, triage and escalate customer issues as needed, adhering to policies and SLA's. You will investigate customer issues by understanding their business processes and the products full feature set. You will stay informed about current product features to aid in future issues, triage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders whilst flagging any potential risks that may cause an increase in cases. You will raise, maintain and administer problem record/change requests end-to-end whilst providing regular updates through existing cases. About You You will have some product support experience including case and ticket management.
