As the Key Account Manager, you will work with existing MSP channel partners in order to maximise revenue through selling cloud solutions and services. This is a field based role covering London and SE England - you will spend 3 days/week on site with your clients, with 2 days/week working from home.

As the Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:
1. Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for your MSP clients.
2. Defend and retain your cohort of aligned partner businesses, ensuring they maintain their ongoing run-rate.
3. Work closely with partners on cloud adoption and presenting new product propositions.
4. Build deep and manage ongoing relationships with an account portfolio of 30-50 cloud accounts.
5. Support partners with Go-To-Market activity, such as marketing and sales campaigns.
6. Champion your partners to suppliers to ensure they leverage supplier programs and funding.
7. Provide reporting on customer performance, and present with regular cadence.
8. Ensure you manage pipelines and report regularly on the progress of campaigns directly to the Growth Sales Manager.
