Job overview
The Support, Time and Recovery worker is a valued member of our MDT. The successful candidate will be expected to carry a supervised caseload, working and supporting service users in the community to be the best they can be on their recovery journey. We value relationships with our team and the community, ensuring that the successful candidate will be able to help add to our community through experiences and their working knowledge.
Main duties of the job
1. Work within the MDT approach, using the recovery model, providing appropriate, holistic care to service users, while also considering families and carers.
2. Focus on the direct needs of the service users, working with other disciplines and across boundaries to maximize care delivery with limited resources.

* Previous work in BSMHFT
* Basic G.C.S.E English and maths
* Written and verbal English
