Facilities Administrator
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Part time 20 hours per week – Monday – Friday
Salary: £Negotiable DOE
Duration: 3 months temporary

Duties:
* Running and maintaining the Facilities Helpdesk
* Turning maintenance requests into completed tasks by coordinating our team and contractors.
* Keeping records accurate, up to date
* Preparing reports, managing invoices, and keeping a close eye on the budget.
* Supporting the team with admin tasks, from project coordination to filing.
Skills and Experience Required:
* A-levels (or equivalent) and 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English or NVQ in Business Administration is essential
* IT skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and databases like FileMaker.
* Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems
* Excellent communication skills—you’ll be working with everyone from scientists to contractors.
