Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support the HR team in implementing policies and procedures. Coordinate training sessions and workshops. Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Requirements: Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and inhouse databases Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
