HR Manager
Annapurna HR is proud to partner with a leading global consultancy to recruit a HR Manager for their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the organisations People strategy and operations for the London office, ensuring alignment with the broader European People team. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting impactful people projects across Europe, contributing to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
The Role:
* Contribute to the strategic development of local HR policies and reward frameworks in line with regional objectives.
* Work in partnership with Partners and the wider people team to address employee issues such as grievances, disciplinaries, and performance.
* Develop tools and processes to enhance and support a high-performance culture.
* Act as a trusted partner to the London business, understanding each functions People needs, and providing proactive support and guidance.
* Act as a key member of the People operations team overseeing all people systems and processes.
* Offer strategic insights and business support to develop sustainable talent pipelines through engagement and retention planning.
* Develop plans and strategies that support employee wellbeing and DEI initiatives.
Key Skills:
* An experienced, generalist HR professional with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
* Experience working in a true business partnering capacity.
* Strong experience developing employee relations guidance and policies.
* You are highly adaptable and committed to delivering a supportive, quality service to any business.
* A strong track record of building, maintaining, and managing strong relationships across different stakeholder groups.
* Desirable: Previous experience working within the Professional services space.
* Desirable: Experience implementing a new HRIS system.
