As an Office Manager / Graphic Designer, you will report to the Managing Director / Principal Architect and oversee office operations while creating visually impactful designs for client submissions, including RFPs.
You will be responsible for:
1. Manage office supplies, equipment, and liaise with vendors to maintain seamless operations.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for office inquiries, phone calls, and visitors.
3. Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, handle invoicing, and monitor office expenditure.
4. Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new staff and managing office policies.
5. Design, format, and ensure the production of high-quality RFP documents that reflect the company’s brand identity.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create graphics, diagrams, and layouts for client-facing materials.
7. Regularly update and maintain design templates to ensure brand consistency.
8. Support the design of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Administrative Officer, Graphic Designer, Studio Manager or in a similar role.
2. Experience in office management and graphic design (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
3. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
5. Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
