As the Deputy Clinical Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical services across the hospital. You will work closely with the Clinical Site Manager and senior management to ensure smooth operations, operational efficiency, and outstanding patient care. Main duties of the job The Deputy Clinical Site Manager will be part of the wider UHB Clinical Site Team and will be responsible for the day to day running of clinical capacity and flow on a specified site involving out of hours, weekends, night duty and Bank Holidays. The post holder will continually act as a credible professional leader, providing support and advice to Trust employees. To provide senior nursing support and advice to all clinical areas within the Trust, to undertake patient assessment and utilise advanced clinical skills as needed. The Deputy Clinical Site Manager will contribute to and actively manage the emergency and elective admissions processes across the site with leadership from the Clinical Site Manager, Deputy Divisional Head Nurse and Group Manager - Capacity, in order to provide safe and appropriate patient placement and achievement of related Trust targets whilst maintaining contingency plans for emerging issues.
