We are looking for an Account Manager having at least 02 years of experience in Security Industry. Key duties for this role listed below.,
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their security needs are understood and addressed. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Delivering sales pitch to prospective clients.
* Prepare and presenting business and account updates to the company's management.
* Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of additional services or products. Work to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
* Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients regarding service issues, billing inquiries, technical questions, and security concerns. Ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and operations) to deliver security solutions that meet client requirements. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for projects.
* Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients.
* Monitor and ensure the successful implementation of security solutions, including the installation and maintenance of systems, and ensure service contracts are renewed in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service issues, opportunities, and projects. Prepare regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new security technologies. Share relevant insights with clients to help them stay ahead of evolving security risks.
* Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction., Selling into the various designated regions across the UK, candidates should be familiar with the entire sales cycle from lead finding, through to presentations, tendering and closing. The market to be attacked will be the Blue chip commercial & Industrial, Retail, local authorities, construction and retail key holding, events etc. Clients from South Asian background will be specially targeted.
The role is a 50% new business and 50% account management role. * Master degree from a well reputed university.
* At least 2-3 years' experience of working in the manned guarding industry.
* Working command in English, Urdu and Punjabi languages (Hindi, European desirable).
