We have a vacancy for a part-time receptionist/administrator for 3 shifts per week (18 hours), plus cover shifts to cover for annual leave and sickness within the team. This is a busy, varied role and requires an individual with previous receptionist and/or administrator experience and with strong time management and organisational skills.
Main duties of the job
1. Maintain and monitor the surgery's appointment system
2. Process telephone and electronic requests for appointments
3. Answer incoming calls, transfer calls and manage patients' requests appropriately
4. Signpost patients to the relevant service
5. Input data into the clinical system accurately and in good time

Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English, grade C or above - or an equivalent qualification
