We are working on behalf of an established international manufacturer who are seeking a Programme Manager to join their dynamic and innovative team.

The Programme Manager will demonstrate exceptional account management and customer service, whilst exhibiting extensive knowledge of the financial aspects of Projects such as costs, pricing, operating profits, working capital and gross margin.
The Role
Business Growth & Customer Success:
* Lead and enhance customer service to support long-term business expansion.
* Utilise CRM, ERP, and account management tools to ensure seamless operations.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
* Stay ahead of industry trends to deliver real value to clients.
Financial & Operational Excellence:
* Drive profitability by managing gross margins, operating costs, and financial forecasting.
* Ensure accurate financial planning, covering revenue, order intake, and business outlooks.
* Maintain financial discipline, including inventory control and cost management.
Risk & Compliance:
* Oversee working capital, ensuring timely receivables collection and contract management.
* Manage inventory levels, excess materials, and customer pricing deviations.
* Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with industry standards and policies.
Client & Team Engagement:
* Act as the key point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of issues.
* Work closely with internal teams to guarantee top-tier service delivery.
* Conduct regular business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and enhance customer experience.
Reporting & Insights:
* Utilise data and reporting tools to track account performance, challenges, and opportunities.
The Person
Requirements
* A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* Project management experience from a Manufacturing / Production environment.
* Strong financial acumen – ability to interpret P&L statements and business reports.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in office and project management tools (CRM, ERP, Gantt charts, etc.).
* Agile or Prince2 certification is desirable but not essential.
