Key responsibilities include: Addressing maintenance issues promptly and effectively Ensuring compliance with internal operating procedures Managing keys and maintaining the key register Coordinating pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy requirements with lettings branches Negotiating deposit deductions and managing contractor databases Scheduling property inspections in line with company policies What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: Property Management Expertise : Proven success in managing properties and portfolios.
