Warehouse Manager
Humdinger Bromborough, Wirral
Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Are you a dynamic and organised warehouse professional with a passion for logistics and efficiency? Humdinger Snacking Factory, a leader in the nut products industry, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our warehouses. In this role, you will service production areas with the required stock on time, maintain optimal space utilisation through effective put-away logic, and manage the off-loading and dispatch of materials according to our booking and dispatch diaries.

* Ensure accurate stock movements and corresponding updates in the QAD ERP system for all transactions.
* Maintain precise stock control through regular PI checks.
* Provide shift manning and support to ensure adequate coverage in all areas as needed.
* Conduct and refresh team training routinely to ensure high performance and compliance.
* Maintain a low Accident Frequency Rate within operational areas by promoting near-miss reporting and hazard awareness, and ensuring timely resolution.
* Ensure swift replenishment to production areas to eliminate material availability downtime.
* Quickly remove completed and unrequired stock from production areas to optimize floor space.
* Monitor and manage pallets (Chep, Hire, Plastic, Metal) as required by SKU specifications.
* Control and replenish consumables with accurate issuing through the QAD ERP system.
* Oversee FLT routine checks and manage the FLT maintenance and repair budget.
* Set up and maintain booking diaries for incoming and outgoing deliveries across all factory units.
* Collaborate with the Group Head of 3PL & Warehouse and their team to ensure efficient coordination of all inbound and outbound deliveries to customers and 3PL partners.
* Significant experience in warehouse or supply chain roles.
* Experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within the food industry.
* Proven experience in a leadership position.
* Completed a recognised Health & Safety qualification, such as IOSH or similar.
* FLT driving qualification, preferably Counter-Balance and/or Reach Truck.
* SEMA Racking inspection training is desirable.
* Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office-based systems.
* Demonstrable numeracy skills.
