About the job:
The Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery, within designated budget and procedures. You will ensure that all fieldwork quotas are achieved, and the projects run smoothly.
The post holder will be West Wales based. This role is office based with some flexibility to work from home.
Post holders are required to support evening and weekend shift work across the year and will be eligible for a 15% shift allowance for unsociable hours.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
* Looking after fieldwork and being responsible for quota delivery on the campaigns we run.
* Working on multiple things at once, being comfortable with quickly changing focus and flexing your working day to meet demands.
* Looking after our supplier relationships and ensuring accurate, transparent communication is delivered.
* Monitoring and checking data to ensure it's of a high quality and meets the client's specifications.
* Carrying out detailed checking of work to eliminate error and ensure continued client satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
* High level of Computer Literacy.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Results-oriented and ability to align team and individual efforts to meet business goals.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
* Ability to work on multiple pieces of work at different stages at the same time.
