Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a new Area Manager to join our South-West Regional Team. Running an Area with 10 stores across South Wales ( Cardiff, Aberystwyth, Carmarthen, Newport and Swansea ), this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Operations Team in a respected, growing and fast paced business.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, our Area Managers are at the heart of delivering the very best customer experience through amazing people, excellent coffee and brilliant business management/controls.

About you

* You'll have experience as a multi-site leader, ideally within the hospitality or retail sector.
* You’ll need a great eye for detail and a desire to work with pace and urgency to get things done.
* You will have exceptional commerciality, helping guide your teams to perform.
* You are always honest with your team. You have a fair approach to all conversations, conducting them with empathy and warmth, always supporting, teaching, coaching and developing.
* You’ll need resilience, a positive mindset and the courage of your convictions, setting a great example for your team to follow.
* You’ll have brilliant communication and organisation skills – you’ll be proactive and professional.
* You will be able to demonstrate an adaptability to change and refocus priorities when required.
* You will have a full UK driving licence. Your time will be spent with your teams and customers, in store, so living within commutable distance will be important.
