Our client in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector is looking to hire a Customer Service and Supply Chain Assistant to support their Operations Department in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Accurately input and verify customer orders in the system, ensuring timely and precise order fulfillment.
* Documentation Management: Generate and manage documents like invoices, keeping records organised for quick access.
* Returns Management: Process returns and exchanges efficiently, updating inventory records accordingly.
* Supply Chain Support: Assist with various supply chain activities to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of products.
* Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels and assist in inventory management to maintain accurate records.
* Compliance: Adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
* Strong customer and supplier service skills.
* Excellent communication abilities.
* SAP proficiency or similar systems experience.
* Knowledge of GDP is advantageous.
* Resilience and a solid foundation in customer service.
* A-level standard with some customer service background.
This role requires four days in the office near Manchester City Centre, with one day from home.
The salary is £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
