We are excited to introduce the newly created role of Project Development and Commercial Manager. This is a unique position within a food related business that creates a special and varied range of skills and experience across food manufacturing, retail, and the charity sector. Your role will be essential, you will work with partners to maximise funding and investment for this innovative project.
The development aspects are about collaborating across the organisation to identify and develop new corporate funding opportunities as well as developing a pipeline that will support the viability of the project and future growth.
The sales and commercial aspects of the role will be to lead on securing and negotiating significantly high value partnerships resulting in exceptional new and long-term partners to support the growth of the project.
The essential criteria for this role:
You must be able to demonstrate current experience of delivering significant partnerships at scale in either a charity or commercial environment. This means fundraising and corporate income
You will have experience of key relationship management and stewardship resulting in increased levels of financial support from partners
You will be an expert in managing complex partnerships and customer relationships that deliver both financial and non-financial impact to an organisation
Your skills will include using data and insights to inform business planning and decision making and have the ability to develop strategy that translates into an operational plan
Finally, you will have great people management and influencing skills
