You will be supporting individuals with a wide range of additional needs, learning disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health to live happy, fulfilled lives as independently as possible.
Your role will include:
* Developing warm and trusting relationships with clients.
* Encouraging and supporting clients to engage in social activities with friends and family, helping with attending appointments and accessing the local community, supporting clients to go on holiday, and days out, and attending local activity groups, college, and work placements.
* Providing emotional support.
* Some may want help with cooking, shopping, and assistance in the home.

What we require (Essential):
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are crucial.
* Full valid UK Driving Licence and own car for work.
* A confident and sensitive approach to support with respect for the client's independence.
* Ability to empathise with the client and support appropriately.
