Key Responsibilities
Assist managing daily operations and a team of 8 permanent staff plus seasonal workers.
Ensure all work is carried out efficiently, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and maintaining high operational standards.
Proactively monitor workflows to ensure seamless operations and address challenges as they arise.
Reporting directly to the Farm Director to ensure optimal crop production.
Maintain precise records and make full use modern farm machinery, software, telematic and agronomy systems.

Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Expertise in arable farming, particularly in producing high-quality vegetables.
Experience with irrigation systems.
Skilled in operating advanced farming machinery and software.
A proactive, resilient, and detail-focused approach, with the ability to stay committed and effective during demanding periods.
