Join the team As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Growth Analyst to join our team. The Growth Analyst will audit and analyse key areas including Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Ad Monetisation, and Creative Performance. This role will be instrumental in setting KPIs, optimising campaigns, and ensuring our strategies drive profitability and user acquisition growth. This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation. Responsibilities Audit and analyse Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Ad Monetisation, and Creative performance to identify key insights and improvement opportunities. Utilise Excel to understand the impact of ROAS targets on revenue and profitability. Identify and implement low-hanging fruit opportunities to improve performance. Define and set KPIs to measure and understand team performance. Work with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to track, analyse, and optimise campaigns. Write and execute SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from large data sets. Design, run, and analyse A/B tests to enhance decision-making processes. Monitor and interpret key industry metrics such as IPM, CTR, CR, CPI, and ROAS. Communicate findings clearly with stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams. Work in an agile environment, adapting to fast-paced changes and challenges. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high analytical and strategic standards. Requirements Prior experience in mobile gaming is a must. Strong background in performance marketing or analytics. Proficiency in Excel for financial and performance modelling. Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis. Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular. Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and implementation. Strong knowledge of key growth metrics like IPM, CTR, CR, CPI, and ROAS. Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights with stakeholders. Agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
