BAND: 7 JOB PURPOSE: The Land and Regeneration Manager will contribute to the delivery of the Land and Regeneration Units priorities to build sustainable communities through effective place shaping and land use supporting NIHE business delivery and our vision and values. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Applicants must i) Possess a degree (Level 6) or equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject (e.g. land law, land and estate management, regeneration, public policy / administration) and can demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience OR ii) Possess a HND (Level 5) or equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject (e.g. land law, land and estate management, regeneration, public policy / administration) and can demonstrate a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience OR iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development / experiential learning and demonstrate at least 5 years relevant experience (Please include dates) Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency.
